Return Window

You may return most unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized accessories
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Sale items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:

  • Contact us at contact@zlozarinzon.world with your order number
  • Include the reason for your return
  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Ship items within 7 days of receiving authorization

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Handmade Variations

Please note that our accessories are handmade, which means slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and reflect the unique character of artisan-crafted items. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
